I told you a few days ago I would be a part of a story Channel 8 News would be running on the Haitian Orphans. Today, two other mothers who are adopting and myself were interviewed and they are set to air the story tonight at 10pm. Set your tivos and tell your friends. We don't know the amount of footage we will be given but we are believing God opened this door to help voice the needs of our children and are praying He will use this to reach the ears, eyes, and minds of those who are willing to ACT on behalf of our babies.
When we were wrapping up, and not knowing the length of footage we would be given, we asked him if he could eventually do a follow up to keep our story alive. This reporter is a Christian and he was totally receptive to our story. He told us he would be willing to go to Haiti with us!! He said if he came it would be both himself and one other news reporter. Now, this is not a done deal because he has to get approval from his boss and there has to be financing available for both of their airline tickets. Please pray for God to provide for this. There are many different possibilities in the works to make this happen. What a great way for us to have more exposure for our children and how neat it will be for our entire Haiti trip to be documented from the very moment we meet our babies!! I know God is going to do mighty things in Haiti!!
Keep the prayers coming. God hears every one and is responding!! Let's fully depend on HIM together to see this story brought to completion with Gaelle finally home!!
